Program details

Start your adventure with a visit to Florence's colourful Farmers' Market, brimming with an abundance of fresh local products. Meet the butchers, bakers and farmers who are responsible for supplying the Florentines with the finest products. Enjoy tastings of typical products and purchase the ingredients for the cooking class which awaits you!

Continute as you board a minivan and head through the picturesque Tuscan countryside to the fascinating farmhouse. Test your gastronomic skills under the watchful eye of our chef. First, you will learn how to grow your own organic vegetables as you explore the little garden, and you will even have the opportunity to pick the freshest vegetables and herbs straight from the soil!

Appreciate the skills and qualities you have picked up in the class, as you savour a delicious lunch paired with different wines and a final typical Tuscan dessert wine. The menu varies according to the season and availability of fresh ingredients, but usually includes home-made pasta (i.e. pappardelle and ravioli) and a dessert.

Finally, you will receive a graduation certificate, a booklet that includes the recipes you cooked, and a free subscription to our Food & Wine Club (25-Euro value), with access special discounts online on wine and produce.

Top off this amazing experience with a visit to a boutique winery, where you will learn a little more about winemaking.
