This full day tour is a combination of 2 tours: Classical and Vatican. Crossing Piazza della Repubblica with the Fountain of the Nayads, our local guide will take you on a pleasant stroll through the historical centre, where you can admire the Trevi Fountain, La Colonna di Marco Aurelio, the Palazzo di Montecitorio, designed by Nicola Salvi, the Pantheon (visit inside), Palazzo Madama – seat of the senate and Piazza Navona. Passing alongside Castel Sant’Angelo, we get St. Peter’s Square where there will be an explanation of the Basilica (from outside). In the afternoon, after lunch your guide will lead you into the Vatican Museums with the visit of the Sistine Chapel, with its magnificent fresco of the Last Judgement by Michelangelo.
