Your visit to S.E.A Aquarium with VIP tour will be companied by a guide who will fill you in on fascinating facts of the marine world and its many inhabitants. Other than filling you up with interesting facts, not only you are entitled to priority access to the aquarium. You will get to access the back-of-house of Dolphin Island and S.E.A Aquarium. In addition, you will bringing home a VIP lanyard and complimentary group photograph.

Tours are available on a first come first served basis. Tour will proceed regardless of weather. Strictly no rain checks or refunds. Late arrivals may miss certain tour components. Direct interactions with dolphins are not included in the Dolphin Island back-of-house tour. Wheelchairs and crutches are not permitted in some areas of the back-of-house tour. For safety purposes, all guests are required to wear proper covered footwear. All guests are also required to keep all loose items secured. No photography or videography is allowed during the back-of-house tour. Tour cancellation must be made at least 1 working day before date of tour, otherwise 100% of the payment will be forfeited. For your safety – any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour. Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.



Important information - There may be restrictions

1). Booking must be from the same family or group of friends.

2). Failure to comply with Safety Management Measures may lead to cancellation of the tour with no refund.

3). Approximately three and a half (3.5) hours guided tour in S.E.A. Aquarium, including Dolphin Island back-of-house tour and Dolphin Encounter

4). Dolphin Island back-of-house tour and Dolphin Island:

5). Unlike S.E.A. Aquarium which is completely sheltered, Dolphin Island back-of-house tour is weather permitting. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, RWS reserves the right to replace the affected outdoor programmes with an indoor programme as it deems fit.

6). No photography or videography is allowed during the S.E.A. Aquarium back-of-house tour and in Dolphin Island.

7). Wheelchairs and crutches are not permitted in some areas of the back-of-house tour.

8). For protection and safety, all guests must wear proper covered footwear. Inappropriate footwear such as heels and open-toe shoes will result in guests missing certain tour components. All guests are also required to keep all loose items secured.

9). Does not include separately ticketed exhibitions, presentations, or events at S.E.A. Aquarium unless otherwise stated.

10). S.E.A. Aquarium VIP Experience will proceed in any weather conditions.

11). S.E.A. Aquarium VIP Experience is not exclusive.

12). S.E.A. Aquarium VIP Experience requires at least two (2) guests and will accommodate up to five (5) guests including toddler per group.

13). Minimum age requirement: 4 years and above.

14). Guests aged below 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.

15). S.E.A. Aquarium VIP Experience departs at 10:00am from the S.E.A. Aquarium VIP Experience Meeting Point.

16). S.E.A. Aquarium VIP Experience will be conducted in English, but other language may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and RWS’ sole and absolute discretion.

17). Guests to arrive at the S.E.A. Aquarium VIP Experience Meeting Point at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour, failing which the guest(s) may miss certain components of the tour.

18). Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will result in cancellation of the tour.

19). Unless otherwise specified, refunds or changes will not be allowed.

20). Guest contact information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Contact Number) is required

21). General terms and conditions, park rules, and regulations of S.E.A. Aquarium apply.
