Attend a traditional tango and folklore show. With a live orchestra, two singers, five international-level couples, costume change, and all the colors of Tango on the same stage. Relive a journey through time with our artists.

- Gravlax salmon on crispy spiced potato, with avocado mayonnaise and pickled radish

- Breaded bocconcini, tomato coulis, and Genovese pesto

- Rosemary honey glazed sweetbread covered in filo dough with mango sauce

- Vegetable caponata with prosciutto marinated in cognac and tomato jam with brie cheese

- Roasted pear salad with shredded parmesan cheese, walnuts, grape tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar emulsion

- Chorizo steak with gratin potatoes and pickled onions

- Loin steak in malbec and fruit reductio with brócoli and chive croquettes

- Pink salmon on rustic mashed potatoes with dried tomatoes, bacon, and caramelized onions

- Smoked pumpkin crepe, goat cheese, walnuts, and girgolas sauce

- Argentinian braised pork shoulder with mashed sweet potatoes and Apple roasted in aromas of cinnamon and ginger

- Chicken Pamplona with red quinoa risotto, brie cheese, and light asparagus cream

- Dulce de leche cheesecake topped with chocolate sauce and crispy walnuts

- Chocolate mousse topped with pistachio praliné and mint syrup
