Program details

Greet your guide in the center of Granada and head to the Alhambra, a palace fortress declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco on Sabika Hill. Skip the lines with your reserved entrance and step inside to enjoy this 14th-century royal complex, which was home to Nasrid Moorish sultans.

Put on your headphones to listen to the guide smoothly and explore the gorgeous apartments and walkways. Hear stories about Spain's Muslim rulers and Sultans Yusuf I and Muhammad V, who left their distinctive marks on the site. Admire the Court of the Lions and other courtyards, and discover how Alhambra has inspired countless artists.

After a lunch break (not included), you will take an afternoon tour of the old Moorish neighborhood of Albaicín in Granada: its oldest enclave. See 14th and 15th-century palaces of Nasrid royalty, admire Plaza Nueva and the Bañuelo baths, and absorb views of the Alhambra from the San Nicolás viewpoint.

Your tour ends in the city.
