With our Tirolerhof and Zoo Transfer Train the steep ascent to the Tirolerhof is no longer an obstacle, even for wheelchair users and families with small children.

Our transfer train takes you without any further stops directly from the Elephant House in the Schönbrunn Zoo to the Tirolerhof, which stables endangered breeds of domestic animals and where they are cared for and bred.

The route to the Tirolerhof also takes you past the enclosure of the Waldrapp birds, which are among the most endangered bird species in the world.
