If you are in Florence, you would have surely felt in the air the rich smell of a traditional Florentine Steak.
With the Tuscany Beef experience cooking class, you are going to learn all the secrets behind a perfect Chianina steak. How these cows originated and how they are bred. Our chef will explain to you everything about which part you needed to cook a real ‘Bistecca alla Fiorentina’, and what are the differences between tenderloin and sirloin. You’ll be welcomed in a professional kitchen of a well-equipped restaurant in the heart of Florence. You will discover with our chef all steps to cook a perfect steak, you will learn how much care you need in cutting the meat and other tricks that only experts can know.
You’ll get recipes and tips from the chef. When the cooking class is over, you can enjoy its delicious tasting. As you know, you can’t eat a Florentine steak without wine, so they will serve you sparkling wine, everything will be paired with an entree, so you will savor the flavor of the meat!
