Drive along the romantic Viale dei Colli up to Piazzale Michelangelo: a stop to admire the wonderful panorama of the city, one of the most beautiful in the world.
The tour will proceed through the old city centre with the Guided Visit of the renowned Accademia Gallery* where you can admire the famous David by Michelangelo and other works by the great artist, then we proceed with a walking Tour which will include the outdoor guided visit of San Lorenzo Church and the Duomo complex: the Baptistery with its bronze doors including the famous Porta del Paradiso and the Cathedral with the magnificent Cupola del Brunelleschi and Giotto’s bell tower.
Meeting/pick-up point: Piazza Stazione on the corner with piazza Unità d'Italia.
Duration: 3 hours and 15 minutes.
Start/opening time: At 9am.
End/closing time: At 12:15pm.
Possible amendments: The Accademia and The Uffizi Galleries are closed on Mondays.
Therefore on Mondays: either The San Marco Museum or The Medici Chapels will be on offer instead of The Accademia Gallery and Palazzo Vecchio Museum will be on offer instead of The Uffizi Gallery.
