Koh Mook, which is home to the widely-known Emerald Cave, is aptly named for the light reflecting off the water at the cave entrance creating this emerald hue. It offers visitors the unique experience of swimming through the entrance into its small cave system which leads to a hidden mangrove, (during the right tide). Koh Kradan arguably has the most beautiful and quiet beaches in all of southern Thailand, complete with wonderful coral reefs just near the shore. Usually, this island is only visited by expensive sailing catamarans and yachts.
