Oskar Schindler’s Factory Museum was officially opened to visitors in June 2010, after many years of exhibit scriptwriting and preparations.
Visiting the place and Learning the story of a German entrepreneur there, Oskar Schindler who saved the lives of hundreds of people from Krakow, mainly of Jewish origin, is a memorable experience. Images and sounds turn the former factory into the painstakingly reconstructed reality of the survivors and victims of Nazi-occupied Krakow.The museum is very popular among tourist in particular after Stephen Spielberg's Oscar-winning film "Schindler's List" which shows the tragic events that took place in Krakow during the Second World War . The museum's atypical and modern exhibition will leave no one indifferent. Learn the story of a German entrepreneur who led many Jews through the war.
Plaszow was a Nazi concentration camp in the suburbs of Krakow, established shortly after the German invasion of Poland. The little-known camp was located just four kilometers southeast of Krakow's Main Market Square.

• Schindler Factory Museum - Visit the extraordinary exhibition at the former German enamel factory that tells the story of Krakow and the fate of its Polish and Jewish inhabitants during World War II. Let yourself be introduced to the world of human fate, tragedy and everyday heroism.
• pl. Bohaterow Getta – Ghetto Memorial and the Ghetto Pharmacy Museum.
• ul. Lwowska – a section of the Ghetto Wall.
• A tram ride to the camp site (2 stops, tram ticket not included).
• ul. Jerozolimska – the remains of the camp railway station and warehouses, a building of the officer’s club, a site of the camp gate, administration buildings and barracks, ruins of the Jewish pre-burial hall.
