During this course you will deepen some aspects of yoga, working a lot on the balance in water.



The lesson is structured on one side on land where you will first work on the breath and on the positions you will practice during the water lesson. Then you will take the board and will experiment with these positions in the water.



Even the final relaxation phase will take place at sea in order to meditate more deeply, thanks to the undulating wave movement.
